1 Introduction

• Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Credits and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on MPO777 — whether on sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events), live casino tables, or slot and arcade games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be altered or cancelled by the User except where explicitly permitted.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that results in an incorrect outcome, MPO777 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Odds, lines, and game results are determined by the Platform's systems and, where applicable, independent data providers. MPO777's determination of all outcomes is final.
• MPO777 reserves the right to limit, adjust, or refuse bets from any User at its sole discretion, including where betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity.

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on MPO777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative exploitation with other Users;

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Abusing promotional terms or bonus structures, including through systematic exploitation or coordination with other Users;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting MPO777 support to resolve a transaction dispute;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

9 Responsible Gambling

MPO777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Users. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools, all of which are available free of charge to every registered User.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the MPO777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, graphics, text, data, databases, and the MPO777 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of MPO777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted by implication or otherwise.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from MPO777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service, even where MPO777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MPO777's total aggregate liability to any User arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MPO777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

MPO777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Discovery that the User does not meet eligibility requirements;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations;
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an Account is closed for terms violations, MPO777 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Balances forfeited due to confirmed fraud or abuse will not be returned.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact MPO777 support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and withdrawal conditions being met.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MPO777 holds its primary operating licence (Curacao). Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through MPO777's formal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Users should contact MPO777 customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. MPO777 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 28 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the applicable laws of your home jurisdiction. Malaysian Users retain all rights afforded to them under Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

14 Amendments

MPO777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The version of the Terms that was current at the time any disputed transaction, bet, or activity took place shall govern the resolution of any related dispute.
